Your responsibilities will focus on coordinating, supervising, and leading the gerocultor/a team, ensuring full compliance with all care protocols as well as an appropriate distribution of workload across shifts, thereby delivering safe and high-quality care to our service users. What are the **minimum requirements** to join the AMAVIR TEAM? Relevant team management experience, valid work permit, and one of the following official qualifications: * CFGM (Vocational Training) Auxiliary Nursing Care. * CFGM (Vocational Training) Socio-Healthcare Assistance. * CFGM (Vocational Training) Assistance to Dependent Persons. * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Assistance for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Disability certificate accredited by Public Institutions such as Social Security or the Government of the Canary Islands.
