The primary responsibility will be to ensure that each resident receives the necessary support in their daily activities, always with close, personalized attention adapted to their individual needs, following a person-centered care model. Responsibilities include assisting elderly residents in adapting to the facility and in performing basic activities of daily living, in accordance with established programs and protocols. You will also collaborate with the technical team in implementing individualized care plans and carry out prescribed patient mobilizations and postural changes as specified in each care plan. Required qualifications include formal training as a Nursing Care Technician, Social-Healthcare Technician, Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, or a Professional Certification in Social Institutions.
