We are seeking staff to provide care and assistance to elderly individuals in a residential setting located in Maranchón (Guadalajara). Main responsibilities include ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of residents and supporting them in their daily routines. Collaboration occurs with a team of healthcare and social work professionals to implement individualized care plans for each resident.
The role requires observing residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the relevant staff, and participating in hygiene, mobility, and assisted feeding tasks. Promoting each resident's autonomy within a safe and dignity-respecting environment is essential. Basic administrative tasks related to care documentation are also performed under supervision. Strong empathetic communication skills with residents and their families are important.
The position is part-time, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, including rest days as stipulated by the official calendar. Economic and social conditions comply with sectoral collective agreements.
A formal qualification is required: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Nursing Care Assistance, Care for Dependent Persons, Socio-Healthcare, or an equivalent professional certification. The ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from licensed healthcare professionals is mandatory.
