The center provides comprehensive care for people with intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, and diverse support needs. Selected candidates will be responsible for providing direct care, accompaniment, and support in residents’ daily life activities, always working in coordination with the center’s interdisciplinary team. **Required Qualifications:** Applicants must hold one of the following official qualifications: · Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE) · Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions · Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD) or equivalent in Socio-Healthcare · Social Integration Technician **Profile Requirements:** · Prior experience in: Caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, and in situations of vulnerability will be valued. · Social skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. · Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts. · Residence near the center (Alella) will be valued. **Employment Conditions:** · Contract: Selection process contract with potential continuation at the center. · Full-time position: 1 vacancy, morning shift. · Gross salary: **1\.496,72€ per month.** · Collective agreement: **Intellectual disability.** **Additional Preferences:** · Knowledge of Catalan. · On-site work modality. · Valid work permit. · Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Competencies:** · Person-centered care. · Rigor and continuous improvement. · Collaborative teamwork capacity.
