We are looking for a Night Shift Geriatric Caregiver to join our team at a senior care facility \- Contract from June to December (with return-to-work provisions). The selected candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and care to residents during the night shift, ensuring their well-being and safety. **IMMEDIATE START:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist residents with their basic needs during the night (hygiene, mobility, repositioning, etc.). * Ensure residents' rest and safety. * Monitor and administer medication according to instructions from healthcare staff. * Provide timely attention and response to any incidents occurring during the night. * Document and report incidents to the nursing team and center coordination. * Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and residents' rooms. **Requirements:** * Qualification in Nursing Assistant, Socio-Healthcare Assistant, or equivalent. * Prior experience in caring for elderly individuals, preferably during night shifts. * Skills in interacting with elderly and dependent persons. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate responsibility. * Availability to work night shifts during the specified period. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional training in geriatrics or care for dependent individuals. * Experience in residential care facilities or senior care centers. **We Offer:** * Return-to-work provisions for vacation leave \- June to December * A stable and professional work environment. * Opportunity to continue employment based on performance and center needs.
