If you wish to join a company that cares for its employees as much as it does for its guests, we look forward to your application! **Work Experience** Responsibilities: · Greet and inform guests about hotel features and services, both in person, online, and via phone. · Welcome guests and attend to them from arrival through departure. · Contribute to guests’ ongoing satisfaction by delivering high-quality service throughout their stay. · Support the department’s quantitative goals through sales efforts. · Handle guest reservations via phone or in person. · Review previous shift incidents related to check-in, hotel facilities, and potential guest situations and/or requirements. · Process guest check-outs. · Perform front desk cash reconciliation, verifying payments received via various payment methods. · Serve at the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks for guests. · Assist with breakfast service as needed, ensuring the buffet is well-stocked and attractively presented.
