Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile professional for facility maintenance, cleaning, and support tasks, with experience in trades and skills in autonomy and communication. Key Points: 1. Facility maintenance: carpentry, painting, drilling, and tiling 2. Cleaning tasks and minor welding jobs 3. Multifunctional role involving transportation and errands **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform facility maintenance: lock replacement, carpentry work, painting, drilling, and tiling. * At the CRR: cleaning tasks for belts, rollers, and pits, as well as minor welding jobs. * Procurement of consumables * Transporting machinery and furniture * Running various errands to other internal or external centers. **REQUIREMENTS:** EDUCATION: Formal education is not mandatory KNOWLEDGE: Training in trades, welding, electricity, mechanics, and masonry is required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of experience in similar positions or in several of the required tasks SKILLS: Autonomous, with interpersonal and communication skills; discretion required. **CONDITIONS:** **MUST HOLD A DISABILITY CERTIFICATE** LOCATION: Santander WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time WINTER HOURS: Monday – Friday (13:00 – 20:42\) SUMMER HOURS: Monday – Friday (14:00 – 21:42\) CONTRACT: Temporary replacement with potential for stability SALARY: €1221/Gross OTHER: Travel kilometers and overtime paid separately
