Currently, we aim to strengthen the Talent team of one of our key business lines by hiring a Labor Relations Specialist for a temporary position. What Is the Challenge? Provide comprehensive legal advice on labor relations (resolving inquiries, drafting reports, dismissals, disciplinary sanctions, etc.). Conduct investigations into harassment and/or discrimination. Support negotiation of the Firm’s Equality Plan. Actively assist in SMACs (Labor Mediation, Arbitration, and Conciliation Services) and labor inspections. Negotiate and/or litigate labor judicial proceedings. Review contracts and internal policies. Coordinate labor-legal matters. How Do We Envision You? Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. Active bar membership is valued. Specialization in Labor Law / Labor Relations. Experience in administrative and judicial procedures.
