The Kitchen Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and supreme quality to our guests. The Commis assists in preparing breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for guests in accordance with production and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. ### **What you will do** * Handle food in compliance with quality standards, following guest requests. * Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment appropriately, including the food processor, mixer and/or oven. * Keep the workspace clean and organized. * Possess solid knowledge of health codes and a thorough understanding of all types of cuts. * Contribute to food container traceability. * Manage and prioritize tasks. ### **What you bring** Our Kitchen Assistant demonstrates excellent teamwork skills. Attention to detail and multitasking ability are essential requirements. The Commis position requires operating, maintaining and cleaning all kitchen equipment properly. Candidates must hold a vocational training qualification related to hospitality. A minimum of one year’s kitchen experience is mandatory. Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and cooking systems is required. Proficiency in English is highly desirable. Candidates must have a flexible schedule, including availability to work on holidays and weekends.
