REQUIREMENTS Specifically, in the role of **Senior IT Support and Systems Technician**, your mission will be: * Providing Level 1, 2, and 3 support alongside another IT colleague to resolve incidents related to devices, software, security, and other IT aspects across the entire company (~300 employees); * Preparing and configuring the technology fleet (PCs, mobile devices, monitors, etc.); * Supporting system-level integration of group companies; * Leading the configuration and scalability of Qida’s telephony infrastructure; * Leading the definition of permissions, processes, and IT security policies for Qida; * Conducting problem-solving with various business teams to ensure they have all necessary IT infrastructure to achieve operational improvements enabling sustainable scaling. **Who Are We Looking For?** Our ideal candidate: * Is a good person; * Has advanced knowledge of configuring and preparing IT devices—PCs (Windows, Linux, Mac) and mobile devices; * Demonstrates excellent ability to respond to and manage a high volume of incidents (Level 1 and Level 2\); * Shows empathy, active listening, and willingness to provide technical support and training (e.g., new software) across the organization; * Can independently manage IT projects and drive company-wide transformation; * Possesses strong autonomous organizational skills, consistently meeting team-defined objectives and deadlines; * Is quality-oriented, committed to continuous improvement, and action-driven; * Brings energy and enthusiasm for professional growth; * Bonus points for: * Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for device configuration; * Experience with asset management tools such as ManageEngine, Freshservice, Intune, or similar; * Nice\-to\-have: Experience with / configuration of digital telephony tools (call routing, workflows in Aircall, Dialpad, CloudTalk, RingCentral, or similar); * Nice\-to\-have: Experience managing IT security policies to comply with certifications such as ISO27001, ISO9001, or ENS (National Security Scheme); * Minimum education: Mid- or higher-level degree in computer science or IT environment management; * Native fluency in Spanish and Catalan, plus a good command of English (nice\-to\-have); * Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas, with required weekly in-office presence of 2 days (currently Sabadell until June, when we will open an office in Barcelona); * Immediate availability.
