Can you help us?** From **RAS Spain**, we are selecting an **HR TECHNICIAN** for our office in **ILLESCAS.** We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Education Degree or University Education in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. With a minimum of one year’s experience performing tasks such as contract management, social security administration, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave management (medical certificates), and other duties typical of the department. Moreover, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. This includes publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily interaction with clients, advising them and fostering long-term loyalty. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Higher Education Degree or University Education; degrees in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Law are especially valued. A person highly oriented toward customer service and satisfaction. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work onsite from Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Immediate availability to join.
