Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required. The role also involves managing and organizing all documentation required for hiring, providing administrative support to the team. This ensures a smooth post-selection phase and maintains an agile and productive workflow at all times, all from Palma de Mallorca. Proven prior experience in mass selection or high-volume recruitment processes is required. A bachelor's degree and solid knowledge of personnel administration and selection are mandatory.
