Lead, supervise, and optimize the Traveltino operational agent team to ensure efficient and excellent management throughout the entire hotel reservation lifecycle (sales and post-sales). The main objective is to guarantee maximum quality for Grupo VECI customers, minimizing operational costs and effectively resolving tasks and incidents related to operations.
