Job Summary: A professional providing care to dependent persons who will carry out scheduled interventions and assist in maintaining residents' well-being and hygiene. Key Points: 1. Motivation in the professional care of dependent persons 2. Carrying out scheduled interventions to cover daily activities 3. Maintaining personal hygiene and assisting with medication administration **Preferred Qualifications:** * Motivation in the professional care of persons with dependency conditions. * At least one year of work experience in residential or socio-healthcare centers. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out scheduled interventions designed by the interdisciplinary team to support residents' activities of daily living. * Maintain the personal hygiene of service users, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation for both the patient and their environment. * Provide and administer food to residents to facilitate ingestion, where required. * Assist healthcare staff in medication administration. * Support residents in performing maintenance activities and exercises, following guidance from qualified professionals. **Required Qualifications:** * **GM – Technician in Care for Dependent Persons** * **CP – Socio-Healthcare Certificate for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions.** **Competencies:** * Empathy * Problem-solving * Organization * Responsibility * Teamwork * Autonomy * Initiative **Conditions:** Position Type: Temporary Replacement Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM Salary according to collective agreement Compensation paid in 14 installments Work Location: On-site employment
