Job Summary: We are seeking personnel dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals in situations of dependency, working in coordination with healthcare and multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ overall well-being. Promoting elderly care We are seeking personnel dedicated to caring for individuals in situations of dependency to work at our residential center located in Vilafranca del Penedès. Main responsibilities include: * Collaborating with the residential center’s healthcare and multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ overall well-being. * Providing support and performing residents’ ADLs (personal hygiene, bathing, hydration, feeding, etc.). * Promoting elderly care through comprehensive attention. * Supporting the healthcare team in tasks within their scope of responsibility, such as pressure sore care, among others. We offer full-time employment (40 hours/week). Temporary contract. Job stability. Working hours: * Long week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 07:30 to 20:00. * Short week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 07:30 to 20:00. * Day shift or Night shift Immediate start.
