Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile caregiver for a senior residence, providing assistance with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with personal hygiene and postural changes 2. Support with meals and resident mobility 3. Full-time schedule with rotating shifts We require a caregiver for a senior residence in Palma de Mallorca. Main duties include assisting residents with personal hygiene, such as bathing and help with postural changes. Support will also be provided during meal times, and residents' movement within the facility will be facilitated. The working schedule is full-time, totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts will be distributed from Monday to Sunday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, covering hours from 07:00 to 21:30, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Prior experience in an equivalent or similar position is desirable. * We seek a proactive and versatile individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Holding a Class B driver's license and having access to a vehicle for commuting to work is desirable. Proficiency in Catalan and/or Spanish, both spoken and written. Degree in Geriatric and Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons (GM/GS), Nursing Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
