We are seeking a professional for the position of gerocultor/a in Valdesoto (Siero). The main responsibilities include welcoming new residents and supporting the team in their adaptation. The role involves carrying out interventions designed to assist residents with their daily activities, as well as actively collaborating in the planning, organization, and implementation of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. Responsibilities also include ensuring personal hygiene and performing postural changes, maintaining cleanliness of the first-aid kit and all medical or assistive equipment, and providing assistance during meals, facilitating food intake when necessary. To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a qualification as a Nursing Assistant Technician, a Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, or a Professional Certification for Care of Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. A three-month temporary contract is offered, with full-time working hours and a gross monthly salary of €1,184, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term employment relationship.
