Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide care, assistance, and direct support to elderly people in residential settings, collaborating with them in their daily routines and in maintaining and organizing their rooms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct care and assistance to elderly people in residential settings 2. Active collaboration in maintaining and organizing residents' rooms 3. Assistance to residents with their daily routines We are seeking personnel to perform care, assistance, and direct support tasks for elderly people—both independent and dependent—within a residential facility in Oviedo. Daily duties include assisting residents with their routines, making beds, collecting laundry, and actively collaborating in maintaining and organizing residents' rooms to ensure their well-being. For this position, candidates must hold either the qualification of Nursing Assistant Technician or the qualification of Technician in Care for Dependent Persons. Prior experience in similar roles will be considered favorably. This is a permanent, full-time contract. Salary conditions will comply with those stipulated in the current collective agreement for private residential facilities for the elderly and home-based care services.
