Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a strong service orientation to provide direct care and emotional companionship to elderly individuals, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and participating in activities. Strong service orientation, empathy, and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing direct assistance to elderly individuals in basic daily life activities. * Emotional and social companionship. * Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Participation in activities and workshops. * Ensuring residents' well-being and dignity. **Requirements:** * Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Persons or Professional Certification in Social Institutions. * Prior experience in residential care facilities or similar centers (desirable but not mandatory). * Strong service orientation, empathy, and responsibility. * Teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
