**Main Responsibilities** * Assist with basic activities of daily living (personal care, hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility). * Accompany residents in their routines, promoting their autonomy and listening to their preferences. * Record relevant observations in the clinical file and communicate any changes to the interdisciplinary team. * Ensure a safe, tidy, and comfortable environment, respecting each individual's privacy and personal pace. * Apply center protocols: patient transfers, risk prevention, specific care procedures, and health guidelines indicated by nursing staff. **Requirements** * Required qualification: *Professional Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions* or *Technician in Care for People in Situations of Dependency*. * Interpersonal skills, active listening, and sensitivity when working with elderly individuals. * Commitment to person-centered care and ethical values in caregiving.
