Commitment to improving the quality of life of elderly adults We are looking for a Geriatric Assistant to join our team and deliver excellent care and assistance to our residents, on **day shift or night shift.** In this role, you will be responsible for assisting elderly adults with their daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort. **Requirements:** * Training in Gerontology, Geriatric Care, or Nursing Assistant (or equivalent) * Prior experience in caring for elderly adults or individuals with dependency needs. * Effective communication skills and empathy when interacting with residents and their families. * Commitment to the well-being and quality of life of elderly adults. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to various situations.
