This position focuses on managing maintenance contracts for multiple clients, jointly defining with account teams the policies, guidelines, strategies, and resources required to ensure efficient management of client-contracted services across their facilities. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Building strong, trusted relationships with clients. Coordinating operations and maintenance across all facilities, project works, and building performance. Managing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Leading, instructing, and managing all CBRE personnel under your supervision (maintenance technicians), as well as service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and corporate objectives. Preparing budgets and technical solutions for facility-related issues or requirements. Providing pre-construction advisory services, planning, monitoring, and tracking execution of works at client properties—including preliminary design review—with support from the company’s construction and facilities department. Monitoring the profit-and-loss (P\&L) account. Conducting periodic reviews of operational procedures and recommending improvements to appropriate work practices and emergency/contingency procedures within critical systems. What are we looking for in you? A university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering—or a vocational qualification (FP) in electricity/electromechanics or similar, with proven experience. Minimum 5\-6 years’ experience in maintenance service management. Experience in financial control. Experience leading technical teams.
