Key responsibilities + Support the class teacher in the daily organisation and delivery of the curriculum (British and PYP framework). + Assist with the supervision, care and wellbeing of young children throughout the school day, including at mealtimes, rest times and outdoor play. + Support children\\'s language development, particularly in English, through play\-based and structured activities. + Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment. + Support children with additional needs under the guidance of the class teacher and the school\\'s learning support team. + Assist with the supervision of transitions between activities, ensuring a calm and safe environment at all times. + Communicate effectively and warmly with parents and carers, under the direction of the class teacher. + Support the implementation of school routines, policies and safeguarding procedures at all times. **Requirements** -------------- * **Requirements:** \* A relevant qualification. + Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an international or bilingual setting. + Native English (spoken and written). + Patience, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education. + Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
