Its setting features a privileged natural location adjacent to an extensive stretch of fine sand beach, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Castle of Sancti Petri. **Mission:** Responsible for executing tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager, in accordance with received instructions and standards. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Identify and propose improvements that optimize efficiency in your role. * Detect investment needs related to the Risk Prevention Plan (PAI), reporting them to your supervisor. * Carry out assigned tasks related to compliance with technical and legal regulations, following received guidelines. * Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to received instructions, adhering to established quality, timing, safety, and aesthetic standards for each case. * Execute corrective maintenance tasks according to received instructions, adhering to established quality, timing, safety, and aesthetic standards for each case. * As a member of the fire brigade, respond immediately to any fire alarm signal and follow corresponding procedures to safeguard the physical integrity of guests and employees, as well as hotel property. * Participate in maintenance warehouse inventories to verify proper operation. * Record daily energy consumption readings to monitor and ensure appropriate usage and performance of facilities.
