At Cal Fruitós, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual to join our store team. We are a company committed to healthy food, and we believe the key to our success lies in the human quality of the people who form part of this project. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will perform multifunctional tasks, including store setup and restocking, customer service and advisory support, cash register management, and home delivery order distribution. THE CANDIDATE WE SEEK An active, responsible individual with a clear customer orientation. Prior experience working directly with the public, e.g., as a sales assistant or in customer service. Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday, according to store needs. Fluency in Catalan is required. Residence near Castellar del Vallès is required. A valid driver’s license is required for home deliveries. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Joining an established and growing company. Permanent contract. Afternoon shifts from 5:30 PM until closing + two morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Positive work environment and growth opportunities.
