Job Summary: Comprehensive care for individuals residing full-time, including feeding, hygiene, household care, emotional accompaniment, and stimulation. Key Highlights: 1. Empathy and communication skills Care and support for individuals residing full-time: feeding, personal hygiene, household care, accompaniment, and stimulation. Assist with feeding and dietary monitoring; provide support for personal hygiene and daily bathing; assist with mobility and postural changes; perform basic domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, home organization); provide emotional accompaniment and conversation; promote physical and cognitive stimulation through adapted activities; collaborate with family members and reference professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monday to Saturday (including nights), with corresponding rest periods. Holiday on Sunday, with reintegration on Monday afternoon. **Prior experience in comprehensive care and support for dependent persons** in a full-time residential setting, including assistance with feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, and basic health care. Management of essential domestic tasks for maintaining the household. Skills in emotional accompaniment, physical and cognitive stimulation, and coordination with family members and healthcare or social professionals to ensure the well-being of the person cared for. Empathy and communication skills; ability to organize and manage time; basic knowledge of first aid; experience in food handling and preparation; patience and capacity to work under stressful conditions; ability to promote physical and cognitive stimulation activities.
