Job Summary: We are seeking a caregiver to provide interdisciplinary and comprehensive assistance and care to individuals with physical disabilities residing in our facility. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a caregiver to join our team at the Residence in Valladolid. * Contract for covering substitutions and vacations. * Monday to Sunday, morning, afternoon, or night shifts **Qualifications:** * Official qualification as clinical assistant, nursing assistant and/or socio-healthcare worker, or home care assistant. * Also, Professional Certification in socio-healthcare support for dependent persons in social institutions. * Preferably with experience in centers for people with disabilities and/or elderly individuals. **Responsibilities:** Versatile duties related to assisting and caring for residents and day-center users with physical disabilities, across the following life domains: * Community Living. * Personal Development. * Basic Care and Safety. * Health Support. * Leisure Time. **Competencies:** * Ability to establish humane and respectful interactions with service recipients. * Ability to monitor the individual planning process for three/four individuals. * **Values:** Respect, commitment, flexibility, responsibility, empathy, honesty, and teamwork. * Knowledge of care for individuals with reduced mobility, including: * Performing mobilizations and postural changes. * Personal hygiene and cleansing. * Gastric tube feeding. * Basic health care. * Monitoring diets and controlling fluid intake. * Diabetes. * …………………. * And other tasks necessary to adequately support the individual * Official qualification as clinical assistant, nursing assistant and/or socio-healthcare worker. * Also, Professional Certification in socio-healthcare support for dependent persons in social institutions. * Preferably with experience in centers for people with disabilities and/or elderly individuals.
