We are seeking a **Cost Controller** to collaborate with us on the execution of a construction project we are developing in Vicálvaro, Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for **monitoring, analyzing, and controlling construction costs**, contributing to resource optimization and achievement of the projects’ financial objectives. **Your responsibilities:** * Preparation and monitoring of the construction budget, controlling deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Cost analysis and preparation of periodic reports for economic project tracking. * Support in the economic planning of construction works, aligning costs, timelines, and resources. * Identification and assessment of financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies. * Control and validation of certifications, production, and associated costs. * Preparation of reports for Management and other relevant stakeholders. * Monitoring of key cost and profitability indicators (KPIs). * Coordination with site teams, planning, procurement, and finance departments to ensure consistency of financial information. * Participation in continuous improvement of cost control and reporting processes. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in cost control and planning tools (Presto, Advanced Excel, MS Project or similar). * Knowledge of construction processes and economic project analysis. * Office software proficiency (Microsoft Office). * Prior construction site experience is desirable. **What we offer:** * **Stability**: Contract within a solid work environment with long-term projects. * **Continuous training**: Tailored training programs aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation**: Includes transport allowance, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Pension plan**, in accordance with the Construction Collective Bargaining Agreement. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
