




Job Summary: We are seeking support for coordinating the Home Care Service (SAD), including management of auxiliary staff and scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing and planning auxiliary SAD staff 2. Morning intensive work schedule 3. Possibility of contract extension We are looking for a person to support the SAD Management Coordinators. Main responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and managing auxiliary staff, ensuring appropriate scheduling for service delivery in the Region of Murcia. A three-month temporary contract is offered, with possibility of extension; working hours are 30 hours per week on a morning intensive schedule (8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). The position is located in Molina de Segura, and salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement. * Education: University Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. * Minimum six months’ prior experience in a similar role. * Additional training in dependency and disability matters will be considered favorably. * Proficiency in the GESAD software program or the IMAS ICC application. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
