You will work in shifts, responsible for analyzing, operating, and resolving incidents and interventions on the medium- and low-voltage grid. * Conduct studies of scheduled interventions on the Medium- and Low-Voltage (MV/LV) grid, as well as required procedures and communications with AT, MT, and BT customers. * Identify and analyze MV and LV incidents, carrying out necessary actions to resolve them, as well as continuously monitoring the grid by supervising established parameters. * Carry out MV and LV grid operation tasks via telecontrol or local operation for scheduled interventions, incident resolution, and grid optimization. * Maintain, update, and record databases, drawings, schematics, telecontrol tests, emergency plans, service instructions, incident files, and other documentation under the Control Center’s responsibility, as well as reports/documentation regarding incidents, customer complaints, and improvement proposals. * Monitor the proper functioning of auxiliary elements of the Control Center and perform interventions if necessary. ***What are we looking for?**** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrical Engineering fields. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools. * Availability to work in shifts. * Knowledge and experience in electricity distribution (transformers, disconnectors, circuit breakers, protection systems, lines, interpretation of drawings and schematics, electrotechnical regulations, etc.) are valued. * Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in electrical grid operations. ***What do we offer?**** You will join an IBEX 35 company with international presence and over 40,000 employees. * You will develop your career in a company committed to combating climate change and a global leader in wind energy. * You will enjoy a competitive salary, social benefits, and work-life balance measures. * You will work in a dynamic, highly qualified team, within an international work environment and on innovative projects. * You will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program and extensive training period, enabling you to understand the company’s global operations and structure. *At Iberdrola, equity and inclusion are essential in our daily work.
