Additionally, cash flow management, payments, and collections are handled, and collaboration occurs in preparing budgets for active projects to ensure liquidity and accurate account reconciliation. Another key responsibility is analyzing costs and identifying budget deviations, generating actionable reports to support decision-making. Supplier bid comparisons related to construction are also conducted to optimize procurement processes. The role involves coordination with municipal governments and public agencies, managing files, permits, and required documentation for project execution. The role includes HR support tasks such as managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and social security contributions in coordination with external advisors, and acting as the liaison with the Occupational Risk Prevention Service to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative and financial roles within construction companies, real estate developers, engineering firms, or construction-related project management firms. Solid knowledge of accounting, treasury management, budget preparation, and management control. Proven experience managing client and supplier invoicing. Knowledge of HR functions, specifically recruitment, social security contributions, and occupational risk prevention. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Professional-level English is an asset.
