Commis Chef — Restaurant Sant Marc At **Restaurant Sant Marc**, located in Berga, we are seeking to hire a **commis chef** to join our team. Main responsibilities * Support the head chef in organizing and coordinating the kitchen team. * Participate in preparing and cooking dishes from the menu and daily specials. * Organize and supervise various kitchen stations during service. * Ensure proper preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes. * Coordinate with the front-of-house team to guarantee efficient and high-quality service. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the kitchen. * Assist in receiving, storing, and controlling inventory of ingredients. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assume responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
