Proactively identifying talent through direct sourcing. * Conducting telephone interviews to assess commercial profiles. * Assisting in coordinating and managing interview schedules. * Providing administrative support and participating in other talent acquisition tasks. **Requirements** * Prior experience in recruitment and selection is essential (experience recruiting sales profiles—e.g., call center agents, promoters, or sales representatives—is highly valued). * A completed degree in Psychology, Sociology, Labor Relations, HR, or related fields is desirable. * Excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Familiarity with SAP, Genially, or job portals such as Infojobs, Epreselec, Teamtailor, etc., is advantageous. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Holding a valid disability certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) is advantageous. **We offer** * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract (39 hours per week) Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 09:00–17:15; Friday, 09:00–15:00. * Hybrid work model: remote work and office (Suanzes metro area).
