Romisa, the commercial delegation of Armando Alvarez—a major industrial group specializing in the manufacturing of packaging, plastics, and reels—is seeking to hire a **COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE** for its offices in Zaragoza. Romisa operates as the manufacturer’s commercial team for Aragón and the northern region. You will join a close-knit team of four people, supported by a group comprising 18 manufacturing plants. **What will this position offer you?** **A key role within the company:** You will serve as the primary administrative and commercial support for the delegation, acting as the liaison between customers, the sales team, and the group’s various manufacturing plants. If you have an interest in sales, you may also progress into that area. **Flexible working hours:** You will work Monday through Friday, full-time, with flexible start and end times (approximately 8:00–17:00), on-site at the Zaragoza offices. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your mission will be to ensure that customer orders and requirements are handled efficiently and accurately, serving as the link between the sales team, manufacturing plants, and an active portfolio of approximately 200 customers. You will manage and resolve incidents related to orders, deliveries, delays, or documentation. You will attend to customers via phone and email, striving to anticipate their needs and provide prompt responses. You will also be responsible for entering orders and reviewing pricing in the manufacturing plants’ ERP system, tracking shipments, dispatches, delivery notes, and stock levels, coordinating logistics matters, and monitoring outstanding invoices. This will be a dynamic position involving varied tasks and a high volume of activity, requiring you to prioritize effectively and handle multiple issues simultaneously. **What will make you successful in this position?** We are seeking a candidate with academic training in Administration, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field. Prior experience in **commercial administration roles**, customer service, order management, or supporting sales teams is required. Proficiency with **computer tools and ERP management systems** is essential. A working knowledge of English is also required to understand and handle documentation, although commercial activities primarily focus on the domestic market. Experience in **industrial environments**, such as manufacturing plants, logistics, dispatch operations, or made-to-order production, will be especially valued. Experience in **incident management** and handling a broad customer portfolio will also be considered positively.
