Our concept offers well-crafted, seasonal, and creative bistro food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. We prepare all our food from scratch: we bake our own bread, make oils, sauces, and preserves – with a strong commitment to zero waste and sustainability across the entire business. **About the position:** We are looking for a chef with at least 2 years of experience and a strong desire to grow professionally. You enjoy working with fresh ingredients, care about quality, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced kitchen environment.
