Responsibilities include supporting users with daily living tasks (e.g., dressing, hygiene, etc.) and supervising assigned users during workshops and leisure activities. The candidate must be able to analyze and solve problems, demonstrate initiative and autonomy, possess learning ability, organizational and planning skills, technical and personal reliability, teamwork, diplomacy, and professional conduct. Offered: - Permanent contract. Full-time position. - Schedule: Monday to Sunday according to rotating shift schedule.
