If you seek to join a **dynamic** work environment in the exciting hospitality sector, this is your opportunity! **What We Offer:** ---------------------- * The chance to join an international hotel company with an excellent working environment. * Internal professional development opportunities within the company. * Competitive terms and conditions. * The opportunity to work in one of our most modern and vibrant hotels. **Your Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------------------- As a key member of our F\&B team, your duties will include: * Ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all food and beverage areas: Bar and Clash Restaurant, Room Service, Terrace, and Events. * Managing **operations** and services for bar and restaurant, ensuring adherence to our high quality standards and established procedures. * Efficiently receiving, verifying, and managing **orders**. * Advising our guests on our culinary offerings, clearly explaining dish and beverage compositions with knowledge and professionalism. * Operating billing systems and performing accurate cash register reconciliations. * Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and orderly workplace, strictly following hotel protocols. * Responsible and correct use of work equipment and tools, contributing to their proper maintenance. * Ensuring preservation of facilities and compliance with company guidelines. * Fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of the department and the hotel. REQUIREMENTS **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------- * Minimum 1 year’s prior experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels or high-end hospitality establishments. * Fluent **English** proficiency (minimum B2\), both spoken and written. * Strong ability to work effectively in a **dynamic**, fast-paced environment. * Exceptional communication skills and customer orientation. * Proactivity, initiative, and effective problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and availability to adapt to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * **Highly Desirable:** ---------------------------------- * Advanced knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation. * Proficiency in a second language (in addition to English). * Experience in event and banquet management. * Familiarity with POS software and hotel management systems.
