Strong focus on new business acquisition and strategic development We are looking for a senior business development professional to drive business growth in the Moroccan market from our office in Lorca. A key position within an international, multicultural, and expanding environment. The role combines direct commercial activity with portfolio management and strategic vision, with progressive evolution toward commercial coordination and leadership responsibilities. **Responsibilities** ---------- New business acquisition in Morocco (hunter approach) Development and onboarding of strategic clients Management and follow-up of assigned portfolio Proactive prospecting (calls, meetings, and visits) Sales negotiation and closing Customer loyalty and retention activities Activity logging in CRM and commercial reporting Coordination with internal commercial teams Periodic travel to Morocco **Requirements** -------------- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience Solid experience in new business acquisition (hunter) Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented profile Negotiation, communication, and influencing skills Teamwork and coordination capabilities Languages: Arabic (native/Moroccan dialect), advanced English and French Willingness to travel regularly Logistics, energy, or transportation industry experience is a plus Knowledge of the Moroccan market (highly valued) Motivation to progress into leadership roles **Benefits** -------------- Permanent contract from day one Fixed salary + variable compensation Social benefits: private health insurance, fuel card, flexibility and work-life balance Internal English academy and continuous training plan Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 Fri: 08:00–15:00 Summer intensive schedule (June 15 – September 15: 08:00–15:00) For more details, apply to this job posting and we’ll contact you ASAP.
