




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and generate commercial opportunities, build and maintain a client portfolio, and provide market insights. That’s why we work closely with both companies and professionals, connecting people, teams, and projects at pivotal moments of growth. **The Challenge** As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: * Identifying and generating new commercial opportunities for Tessera’s recruitment and consulting services. * Building and maintaining your own client portfolio, serving as the company’s visible face in the market. * Identifying real talent needs within companies and translating them into tailored value propositions. * Managing the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing agreements. * Collaborating closely with the Head of Recruitment to ensure that what is sold can be delivered with quality. * Providing market insights to the team: trends, sectors, opportunities, and client feedback. **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within HR services, recruitment, executive search, or consulting. * An active network of contacts across the Spanish corporate landscape. * Demonstrated ability to generate new business—not only manage existing accounts. * Autonomous profile with initiative and strong results orientation. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Professional-level English proficiency. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience working at a boutique consultancy or in an environment where you built a client portfolio from scratch. * Familiarity with the Spanish startup, scale-up, or growth-stage company ecosystem. * Experience selling executive search or RPO services. * Proficiency using LinkedIn as a commercial tool. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary + monthly variable compensation * 1 office day per week; remainder remote, and fully remote in August * Full flexibility to organize your schedule * Snacks, drinks, and coffee in the office * Have a pet?
