We are looking for experienced professionals who have participated in end-to-end solution development within complex environments, engaged directly with clients, understand the software project lifecycle and the importance of quality gates (testing, supporting tools, regression testing, UATs), and possess experience in documentation and analytical capabilities. You will work in an international and multicultural environment, closely collaborating with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure continuous, high-quality value delivery. **What will be your role?** ---------------------- * Client requirements gathering * Functional analysis and documentation creation * Test plan definition * Test case definition and execution * User manual development * Liaison with technical teams and clients * Documentation in Catalan **Technologies and Tools** * Project management tools (Jira / similar) * Knowledge of web/backend environments (desirable) * Testing tools (Octane or others desirable) **Your Profile** ------------- To thrive in this position, you must have knowledge and experience as a Scrum Master, capable of supporting any digital solution development and evolution service. You will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and implementation of Agile practices, ensuring the correct application of Scrum and fostering continuous improvement across development teams. **Responsibilities** * Facilitate Agile ceremonies: + Daily Scrum + Sprint Planning + Sprint Review + Sprint Retrospective * Ensure proper application of Scrum and Agile practices. * Identify and remove impediments affecting the team. * Promote continuous improvement and team autonomy. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement. * Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, predictability, etc.). * Foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders. * Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. * Drive a culture of transparency, communication, and results orientation. * Participate in Agile transformation initiatives when required. **Additional Requirements:** * Catalan and English are mandatory We value all applications and offer in-person, online, and certification-based training.
