Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for maintenance, cleaning, repair, and conservation tasks in public spaces and municipal buildings. Key Points: 1. Perform various maintenance and conservation tasks. 2. Assist in municipal events and material management. Personnel are needed to carry out maintenance, cleaning, repair, and conservation tasks in public spaces and municipal buildings in TABERNAS (ALMERÍA). The work includes street and plaza sweeping, facility repairs, and garden maintenance. Duties cover maintenance of public roads and urban furniture, repair and cleaning of buildings such as schools or libraries, garden and tree care (pruning, irrigation, pest control), minor plumbing, electrical, masonry, and carpentry repairs, delivery of administrative notifications, transportation of materials, assistance in municipal events, and management of tools and vehicles. A valid Class B driving license is mandatory. This is a temporary employment contract with an estimated duration of 90 days, full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 15:00\. The offered salary is 2044 euros per month.
