For our client, a technology company specializing in Artificial Intelligence, data engineering, and software development, **EXPERTA** is seeking a **Backend Engineer (Python/Django)** to join their team in **Málaga**. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python and Django. * Develop and integrate REST APIs for internal and external applications and services. * Implement and manage asynchronous processes using RabbitMQ. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. * Design and optimize queries on PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. * Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and cloud technologies. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Proven experience in backend development with Python and Django. * Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs. * Knowledge of RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging systems. * Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL. * Proficiency with Git and experience in Linux environments. * Fluent Spanish and technical English. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and integration of AI- and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions will be valued. **Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Hybrid work model and flexible working hours. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise. * Participation in innovative projects related to Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and digital transformation. * Professional development plan and continuous training. * Excellent working environment within a highly qualified, innovation-oriented team.
