




Job Summary: We are seeking an Auxiliary Services Coordinator for a special employment center, with responsibilities including organization, implementation of training activities, direct supervision of staff, and incident resolution. Promotion of continuous improvement and conflict resolution We seek a person to coordinate auxiliary services at a special employment center located in the Cuatro Caminos area of Madrid. Main responsibilities include organizing and implementing training activities, as well as directly supervising assigned personnel. This involves task planning, conducting visits, and follow-up of meetings, always ensuring compliance with quality standards. The candidate is also expected to resolve possible incidents or conflicts arising during service delivery and to prepare periodic reports. The selected person must promote continuous improvement based on received feedback. A university degree in social sciences or Law is required, along with demonstrable experience in team coordination. A certified disability of at least 33% is mandatory. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with 38.5 working hours per week, on a split schedule from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00\. The gross monthly salary is EUR 1714, paid in 14 installments.
