Job Summary: We are seeking home care assistants to provide care for individuals in their homes, following the instructions of the Coordination Team and the Individualized Care Program. Key Points: 1. Home-based care for individuals 2. Work based on individualized care programs We are looking for home care assistants for Zalamea la Real and its surrounding villages. The main responsibilities involve providing care to individuals in their homes, following the instructions and care guidelines established by the Home Care Service Coordination Team. Work will always be carried out according to the criteria defined for each service user within their Individualized Care Program. A temporary replacement contract covering vacation periods is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 35 hours. Start date is immediate, and salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. * Qualification as a Care Assistant (Nursing, Clinical, Socio-healthcare, or equivalent), TCAE (Technical Nurse Assistant), or Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Minimum of 3 months’ relevant experience is desirable. * A personal vehicle is mandatory.
