At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** Join the Internal Audit team of the ECI Group to support the execution of internal audits across the Group’s various companies, reviewing the design and efficiency of business processes and the effectiveness of the Group’s internal control systems. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct fieldwork for the various audits carried out during the fiscal year, based on the annual audit plan approved by the Audit and Control Committee, specifically: * Perform audit tests to analyze different areas of the Group (procurement, sales, stock control, etc.), preparing working papers following the Internal Audit Department’s methodology. * Draft audit reports clearly and precisely presenting the various findings identified during fieldwork. * Issue improvement recommendations for identified findings and follow up on their implementation with responsible managers of audited areas. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Dual Degree in ADE and Law. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Experience with Power BI and large-scale data analytics. * Prior experience using SAP is desirable. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Previous experience of 3–5 years in internal process auditing, both from an accounting perspective and from internal control and business operations perspectives. * Highly desirable: at least 5 years’ experience with Big4 external audit firms. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Study grants for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
