Job Summary: Provide support to individuals with physical disabilities to achieve their life goals autonomously and independently, addressing daily needs and accompaniment activities. Key Points: 1. Promotes the autonomy and independence of people with disabilities. 2. Support in daily activities and personal accompaniment. 3. Encourages participation in the independent living project. Provide cooperation to individuals with physical disabilities so they can successfully accomplish their life goals in an autonomous and independent manner. Cooperation duties or substitute activities related to daily living support (hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, personal care, etc.). Cooperation duties related to accompaniment outside the home (leisure, training, employment, medical appointments, community participation, personal errands, among others). Cooperation duties or substitute activities related to other aspects of the user's independent living project. For example: domestic cooperation duties. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Flexibility and adaptability to the environment. Person-centered attention. Honesty, respect, responsibility, and active listening. Commitment, empathy, prudence, confidentiality, assertiveness, and mediation. Ability to be proactive yet non-directive. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION CERTIFICATE * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Disability certificate. Training in dependency care, socio-healthcare, nursing, etc. Training in social integration, social education, or other relevant qualifications and trades. Flexible working hours. Availability for travel. Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, including appropriate personal hygiene and attire suited to the work context. Food handler’s certificate. Driver’s license. Residence in the municipality of employment or nearby municipalities. * Availability for travel * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time schedule (9 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '200' to '350' * Additional information: Base Salary (SB) 311.46€, Extra Pay (PPEXTRA) 52.42€, Variable pay for night/weekend shifts. Working hours: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Annual Gross Salary: 5087.18€. Substitution Contract covering vacation period (from 05/08/2026 to 05/10/2026\)
