Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in drafting technical reports, construction and rehabilitation projects, permit consultancy, and construction management, applying specific regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drafting and signing of construction and rehabilitation projects. 2. Consultancy and processing of permits for protected heritage buildings and Defense Ministry buildings. 3. Construction management and coordination of Occupational Health and Safety. **Job Requirements** **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Drafting of technical and consultancy reports on infrastructure matters. * Drafting and signing of preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for construction. * Drafting and signing of building rehabilitation projects. * Consultancy, management, and processing of permits and licenses for heritage-protected buildings before the competent authorities. * Consultancy, management, and processing of permits and licenses for Ministry of Defense buildings, applying both the Ministry of Defense’s own regulations and procedures, as well as those of local and central competent authorities. * Review of technical documentation and infrastructure-related projects, applying mandatory compliance regulations and the specific regulations applicable to each relevant authority. * Preparation of technical documentation for construction, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of infrastructure. * Construction management for building projects. * Coordination of Occupational Health and Safety. * Preparation of technical specifications. * BIM modeling and advanced BIM knowledge. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** At Quest Global, we believe in equal opportunity and are committed to maintaining an inclusive and safe workplace, ensuring equal opportunity in recruitment, training, and development within an environment free from discrimination based on ethnicity, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social circumstance. Apply today and become the change you wish to see in the world! **Work Experience** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Architect degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Fundamentals + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture (Professional Architect qualification published in BOE A-2010-12269). MECES 3. * Experience in roles equivalent to Technical Support in Architecture. Minimum required: 8 years. * Specific training in BIM methodology and modeling for construction. Minimum required: 60 contact hours. **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Training in BIM methodology and modeling for execution projects in construction. Desirable: 260 contact hours. * Experience in Execution Projects serving as Architect for projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Desirable: 10 projects
