Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in drafting technical reports, construction and rehabilitation projects, permit consultancy, and construction management, applying specific regulations. MECES 3. * Experience in roles equivalent to Technical Support in Architecture. Minimum required: 8 years. * Specific training in BIM methodology and modeling for construction. Minimum required: 60 contact hours. **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Training in BIM methodology and modeling for execution projects in construction. Desirable: 260 contact hours. * Experience in Execution Projects serving as Architect for projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Desirable: 10 projects
