We are seeking an agricultural foreman to manage a 160-hectare ecological and regenerative farm in Caspe (Zaragoza). The selected candidate will supervise all cultivation phases, organize work teams, and coordinate subcontractors. They will also be responsible for using digital tools, as well as maintaining and supervising the proper operation of machinery and agricultural implements. Required qualifications include Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, a qualified phytosanitary certificate, and a forklift operator certificate. Particularly valued is experience in operating and maintaining tractors, agricultural implements, and pressurized irrigation networks, along with a minimum of five years serving as a farm supervisor managing crops and personnel. This position offers an indefinite full-time contract with flexible working hours according to season (winter/summer). The annual gross salary range is between 25\.000 and 30\.000 euros.
