The selected candidate will participate in activities related to fleet reliability analysis, technical documentation review, and support for continuous improvement of maintenance and operational safety processes. **What You’ll Do in the Project?** * Analyze aircraft reliability reports. * Review technical incidents and maintenance events. * Work with information from operational and technical reports. * Analyze engineering and maintenance documentation. * Identify trends, recurrences, and potential areas for improvement. * Propose recommendations aimed at improving fleet reliability and safety. * Collaborate with technical teams in a regulated, multidisciplinary environment. **Your Profile** To thrive in this role, you should have: * Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in aeronautical reliability or aircraft maintenance. * Knowledge of CAMO environments, maintenance, or MRO. * Experience preparing or analyzing reliability reports. * Familiarity with aeronautical technical documentation. * English language proficiency at B2 level.
