JOB OFFERING FROM "LA GARBANCITA ECOLÓGICA. SERIOUS AGROECOLOGY". A cooperative in expansion.
1\.\- ADMINISTRATIVE SALES ASSISTANT.
1\.\- POSITION AND CONDITIONS. Indefinite contract, 40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours in the food retail sector vary depending on the day of the week. Remuneration follows the Food Retail Collective Agreement: €17,094 gross annual salary. Upon completion of the probationary period, remuneration is subject to upward revision based on the cooperative’s financial performance and individual achievements. Immediate incorporation.
2\.\- COMPETENCIES AND TASKS. Quality control. Restocking items and updating prices. Organization and cleanliness. Circular economy. Zero waste. Home delivery. Route planning. Supporting new customers in using our online purchasing tool. Administration, procurement, sales, and collections. Cash register opening and closing, stock management, delivery notes, invoices, traceability, customer and supplier relations. Required knowledge and experience: spreadsheets, XML files, CRM software; management; food retail (both physical stores and online). Providing duly completed administrative documentation to the accounting firm. Teamwork and mutual support.
3\.\- EDUCATION: Higher Technician in Administration/Management in Sales and Commercial Spaces/Marketing and Advertising, or equivalent qualification.
A valid driving license is required.
Experience in managing organic food and other ecological products, as well as knowledge and practical experience in agroecology, responsible consumption, and cooperativism will be highly valued.
2\.\- IDENTITY OF "LA GARBANCITA ECOLÓGICA. SERIOUS AGROECOLOGY":
Only certified organic products sourced through short supply chains.
An integrated, self-managed, ecofeminist, non-profit cooperative of producers and consumers, founded in 2010 to supply agroecological foods, provide food education, and promote a fair Eco-Social Transition toward Health, Food Safety, and Food Sovereignty. Committed to expanding the territorialized, internationalist Eco-Social Cooperative Economy and reducing the speculative, polluting, globalized, unhealthy, and unsolidary economy. Members of the Spanish Society of Organic Agriculture and Agroecology (SEAE).
3\.1\.\- Warehouse-store in Vallecas (300 m2), online store, CRM management, and logistics distribution for families, consumer groups, and educational and social collectives.
3\.2\.\- Over 1,000 references of certified organic products.
3\.3\.\- 70 suppliers, 7 of whom are cooperative members; 32 come from the Community of Madrid, neighboring Autonomous Communities, or the Madrid Bioregion.
3\.\- WORK LOCATION: Calle Puerto del Milagro, 8, Vallecas, Madrid.
